Spoke to an engineer who advised that I tried replacing batteries in the system. New batteries solved the problem. Much cheaper than a call out fee. When one of the springs popped off I called and spoke with Beth who arranged for a new spring to be dropped off to me whilst I was away which I fitted in seconds and all works perfectly again.
