STEEL GARAGE DOOR DELIVERY INFORMATION

Wessex Garage Doors is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of steel garage doors, working with renowned brands including Garador, Hormann, Cardale and more. We will deliver your garage door to you and deal with the installation. It is our aim to offer delivery as soon as possible and on a date that is convenient to you, but we are reliant on the manufacturer to supply the doors to us. The garage doors we offer are made-to-order so the time they take can vary.

We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates and inform you of any changes as quickly as possible. However, we cannot make any guarantees or promises of delivery times or dates when you order. When your garage door has been made we will arrange a delivery and installation date that suits you.

Steel Door Delivery and Installation

As a part of our service we will deliver and install your garage doors free of charge. We are happy to deliver almost anywhere in the mainland UK subject to the requirements for delivery being met. If you would prefer to have your doors delivered but do not require installation, this may be charged at around £35 – £55 and will depend on your location. It may also be possible for you to arrange to collect the door from our depot.

Requirements for Delivery

There are a number of requirements that customers need to fulfil in order for us to deliver steel garage doors. They are as follows:

  • We require your full contact name, telephone number, address and postcode
  • We require you to be available at the time of delivery to sign a proof of delivery
  • We require access to your property for a large lorry – this includes roads free from height, width and weight restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery can be achieved to their address. If the lorry driver feels at any time that the access is unsuitable, the delivery will be aborted and you will need to provide an alternative route.
