We’ve replaced the existing up and over door with a motorised Novoferm Novorol 77 garage door – our customer opting for a cream (RAL 9001) curtain together with white guide tracks. This made to measure garage door is foam core insulated and comes complete with a wall mounted consul and two remote controlled hand transmitters – available in a wide range of other colours.
The old garage door had suffered from wear and tear over the years, with visible rust on the tracks and an inability to operate smoothly. The garage door had become increasingly difficult to open, especially during colder months when the metal components would freeze. Homeowners were also concerned about the energy inefficiency of the door, as it lacked proper insulation.
The new installation provides a significant upgrade in terms of functionality and energy efficiency. The garage door now operates smoothly throughout the year, thanks to a new design that is less prone to freezing in cold weather. Additionally, the new door is much better insulated, keeping the garage warmer in winter and cooler in summer.
