Garage Door Installation Claygate, Surrey

Claygate, Surrey

Peter and Keilan removed the two old doors and frames and replaced them with a Teckentrup CarTeck GSW40 insulated steel sectional garage door in white. Pattern: Standard Rib Woodgrain. This made to measure door was fitted with an electric operator which comes complete with two remote-controlled hand-transmitters.

At this Claygate property, the original garage door had reached a point where both performance and appearance were noticeably declining. Years of regular use had taken their toll — the door was increasingly difficult to open, showed signs of wear and fading, and lacked the insulation needed for a comfortable garage environment. Homeowners reported that cold air would seep in during winter and the door would stick on damp days, making daily use a frustration rather than a convenience.

The new installation transformed the garage entrance into a smooth‑operating, visually appealing, and secure entry point. The updated garage door now glides effortlessly, resists the local damp climate, and offers improved thermal performance. Not only does it look fresh and modern, but it also elevates the overall value and usability of the property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Garage door was fitted six years ago. It developed a fault and I phoned the office. Spoke to an engineer who advised that I tried replacing batteries in the system. New batteries solved the problem. Much cheaper than a call out fee. So it's not all about company profit, more about customer service. Hurrah

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wessex installed our garage door a couple of years and we were very happy with both the service and the actual product.
When one of the springs popped off I called and spoke with Beth who arranged for a new spring to be dropped off to me whilst I was away which I fitted in seconds and all works perfectly again.
Excellent service, high quality product and design and really nice people to deal with.
